Hello! I’m William Chong, a full-time real estate negotiator under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, actively serving the Melaka and Negeri Sembilan areas. With over three years of experience, I specialize in sub-sale properties, particularly industrial factories, commercial units, and landed residential homes — offering professional guidance from start to finish.

My journey began in the corporate world as a Sales Manager at Astro Holdings Malaysia and later as an Area Sales Manager at Maxis Berhad. These roles shaped my ability to lead, negotiate, and deliver consistent results. Today, I bring that same energy and dedication to every property deal I handle.

Throughout my career in real estate, I’ve helped dozens of clients secure their dream homes, expand their business footprints, or grow their property investments. One of my proudest achievements was closing a RM7 million hotel building sale — proving my capability to manage high-stakes, complex transactions smoothly.
